G10 feeds and speeds question (novice)

Working on g10, the chart says
Depth per pass: 0.09 inches
Feed rate: 60 inches/minute
Plunge rate: 28 inches/minute

I thought those sounded pretty high, and after doing an air run, it looks a fair bit faster than I would expect with g10.
That said manually drilling through the material is super easy so maybe this is right.

Are these feeds and speeds alarming to anyone? or am I good to go?
