First Try was with 1/8" 2 flute bit.
Second try used a 1/4" 3 flute Tian carbide bit, and it turned out much better. It took 25 minutes to mill out.
Made a matching guide to use a hand router with a flush trim bit to remove most of the inlay waste.
Inlay'd aluminum into a coffee table.
